  Horrible food, horrible and extremely rude staff, food is old and cold, messed up order, and false advertising. Save yourself food poisoning and disappointment and go to KFC or anywhere else. Disgusting and a huge rip off. Warn your friends and family to NEVER eat at the Chicken Shack in Butte, MT.

  Best tasting chicken we have ever had!! No other restaurant comes close to chicken perfection as the chicken shack does!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's always hot and tasty :)

  Prices were wrong. Ended up paying almost 3x as much as advertised on website. They messed up the order, even after I questioned it in location. Called in an order for pickup, was told it could be picked up in 20 minutes, showed up 25 minutes later and still had to wait another 10. Pieces of chicken have shrunk in size since my last visit and was definitely not worth what was paid. When I called back on the issue, was told they would fix the messed up order, but not the price. If your going to have an online menu-honor the prices.

  The Chicken Shack has some of the best fried chicken and Jo's in Butte. The other sides- potato salad, macaroni salad, etc.- are mediocre at best.
  
  They offer a variety of easy-to-order options to meet any order size, and they seem prepared to meet bulk requests.
  
  There's some seating available on benches outside, but we always plan on getting Chicken Shack to go.
  
  Great place to grab some chicken, Jo's, and a six-pack before or after a day on the river!
