  Staff: not welcoming | little to no engagement with customers | Suggestion: smile, welcome every customer | apologize when slow | establish eye contact.
  
  Product: waited 10 minutes for a regular brew that was not prepared in advance | Suggestion: have basic items ready to serve.
  
  Store Cleanliness: sorry - this location was filthy - trash container overfilled with garbage, some resting on the floor - the pick-up countertop was wet with spilled drinks, and small soggy cake and food fragments - the floor in the serving and customer areas' were grimy. I asked for a wet cloth to clean-up an available table and chair, so I'd have a clean place to sit and eat. Suggestion: cleanliness is an important part of your customer experience, take good care of your prep, serving, and customer areas.
  
  My intention given this feedback is to help vs. expressing criticism.

  Girls working were super friendly. They Let us try a new coffee and we loved it. Stopped through on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised. And we discovered a new drink. Thank you ladies!
